The past few months have been unprecedented for all of us and I hope you and your family have stayed well. West Norfolk Glass took the very difficult decision to temporarily close as the country went into lockdown, in order to protect its customers and staff. As a second generation family firm, we have been serving the people of North West Norfolk continuously for 53 years, so we were delighted to reopen in early June and to work within the Government’s COVID-19 Guidelines.
For many customers, the time spent during lockdown threw a sharp focus on home improvements and we have seen a surge of enquiries for new double glazing, replacement guttering, plus some updates with conservatories and bi-fold doors.
With many people set to work remotely for a continued period, reshaping domestic space to accommodate a work area has been an important home improvement. One solution which several customers have loved is the easy switch to a replacement roof for their old-style conservatory. Guardian Warm Roof is a lightweight system which reduces sun glare, rain noise and heat loss making your conservatory a great space to use year-round. A cost-effective way to reclaim unused space in your home.
We’ve also been helping customers to create dedicated workspace with the use of a beautiful glazing aluminium architectural glazing solution, Aluco. Offering a stylish ‘Crittall’ steel effect, it’s a brilliant way to divide work/living zones without losing light and a sense of space.
We are enormously proud of our creative approach to glazing solutions rather than delivering an ‘out of the box’ system. If you are looking for an innovative approach to making your home work better for you, please do give us a call, our team will be delighted to help.
