West Norfolk Glass has been announced as a winner of a National Customer Satisfaction Award in the Independent Network Awards 2025.
The award by the network, which represents the UK’s independent installers of windows, doors and conservatories, recognises glazing companies which consistently delivered high volumes of installations throughout 2024 while maintaining exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. West Norfolk Glass’s award win is a reflection of its team’s commitment to quality, service and always putting homeowners at the heart of every project.
A second-generation family firm which has traded continuously for 58 years, West Norfolk Glass was launched in King’s Lynn by John Parker in 1967 and is today run by his sons Geoff and Philip Parker. West Norfolk Glass is a founding member of the Glass and Glazing Federation, the fenestration industry’s trade body established in 1977.
