West Norfolk Glass has been crowned winner of the 2020 Independent Network Customer Satisfaction Award.
The organisation, which represents the UK’s independent installers of windows, doors and conservatories and celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, held its annual awards ceremony and AGM online on 28 September, announcing the Norfolk company as winners after beating off four other finalists. The award honours companies which have achieved high volumes of sales of VEKA products and achieved impressive levels of customer satisfaction.
